Quality is in
the follow-through.

A useful inspection connects the right property, the required evidence, and a clear account of what the inspector could observe.

03 / THE NORTHLINE APP COMING SOON

From your desk.
To our team.
To the field.

A more connected inspection workflow.

We’re planning a Northline app to make transferring inspections to us and assigning work to our field reps simpler. The goal: keep the assignment, field progress, and report handoff connected.

  • Submit inspection details to Northline.
  • Route assignments to the right field representative.
  • Keep status updates and outstanding items in view.
Discuss app access

App access and transfer methods are not yet available. We’ll confirm supported workflows and launch timing before onboarding.

FOR PROPERTY OWNERS

Know what
to expect.

An inspection should come with clear information. Call Northline if you need to verify a visit or discuss access.

Why has an inspection been requested?

An insurer or its inspection partner may request current property information to support underwriting. Your insurance provider can explain the reason for your specific assignment and how the information will be used.

Do I need to be home?

It depends on the assignment and access requirements. Exterior documentation may not require you to be present. Confirm the scope and any appointment requirements before the visit; do not assume interior access is required.

How can I verify the inspector?

Ask for the inspector’s name and the company requesting the visit. Call Northline at 228-818-7335 and, if needed, confirm the assignment with your insurance provider before granting access.

Will Northline decide my insurance coverage?

No. Northline documents the property within the assigned scope. Your insurer makes coverage, eligibility, and premium decisions. Contact your insurance representative about those decisions.

What should I send through this website?

Use the contact form for general questions, business inquiries, or app interest. Do not include policy numbers, claims information, access codes, or sensitive customer records. We’ll agree on a suitable transfer method for inspection assignments.
