This notice describes Northline’s website inquiries and private Training Academy. It does not cover a future production inspection-transfer app or client inspection files, which require an agreed transfer method and separate requirements.

What the form collects

We collect the name, company or organization, email, and service area you provide, along with your selected interest and any optional phone number, organization type, volume, timing, and message. We also save the submission time, an inquiry reference, and a protected network identifier used to limit repeated submissions.

How we use your inquiry

Northline uses this information to respond to your request, discuss services or app availability, and keep a record of that conversation. The form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Where the information goes

Inquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database and can be read through a restricted owner inbox. The website uses OpenAI Sites hosting with Cloudflare infrastructure. FormSubmit is used to request an email notification containing an inquiry reference and a link to the private inbox; the form’s contact details and message are not included in that notification.

Private training and sign-in

The Training Academy uses Sign in with ChatGPT. Our application uses the account identifier and email supplied by the sign-in service to check access and connect an approved enrollment. The owner records learner names and enrollment emails. The academy stores course edition, selected quiz answers, scores, pass results, written exercises, attempt dates, and supervisor observations, scope restrictions and review dates.

These records support internal education and supervised-practice review. Learners can see their own progress and latest practical review; the Northline owner can review enrolled learners and their submitted exercises. Quiz scores do not automatically approve someone for field assignments. Use fictional examples rather than customer records in all exercises.

Training records remain in the hosted database until removed; automatic expiration is not configured. Suspending academy access does not erase prior learning records. To ask for access, a correction or removal, call the number below. No training responses are sent through the inquiry email-notification service.

What to leave out

Do not submit policy numbers, claims details, financial or medical information, passwords, property access codes, or sensitive customer records through this form. Contact Northline to agree on an appropriate transfer method for inspection assignments.

Access, corrections, and removal

Email philip@northlineinspectionservices.com or call 228-818-7335 to ask about your inquiry or training information or request a correction or removal. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Inquiries are retained for business follow-up until they are removed; automatic expiration is not currently configured.

Website technology

This website does not add advertising trackers or a separate analytics service. The hosting platform may process technical logs and use authentication cookies to operate the site and restrict access. Opening a phone link uses your device’s calling service.
